Terms of Service
Last updated 4 November 2026
These terms are a contract between you and Lemonz Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [company number]), registered office [registered address], trading as Bagd(“Bagd”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the Bagd staff-scheduling service at getbagd.com and app.getbagd.com (the “Service”). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account details.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account, including by the team members you invite.
- You decide who you invite and what role they have. You are responsible for your team’s use of the Service.
2. The Service and plans
Bagd lets you schedule shifts, book and manage staff, track hours and timesheets, calculate pay, and run a branded self-service portal for your team. We offer Free, Starter and Pro plans; the features and limits of each are described on our pricing page and may change over time. We may add, change or remove features, and we will try to give reasonable notice of material changes.
3. Fees, trials and billing
- New workspaces start with a 14-day Pro trial. You can use paid features during the trial without charge.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method each month until you cancel.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page in GBP. We may change prices; we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a change affects your renewals.
- You are responsible for any taxes due on top of the fees, except taxes on our income.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid month. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-month refunds. If you cancel a paid plan your workspace moves to the Free plan (or closes, if you delete it).
5. Your data
You own the data you and your team put into Bagd, including information about your staff. You grant us the licence needed to host and process that data to run the Service for you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to put your staff’s personal data into Bagd and for telling them how it is used. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Where we process your staff’s personal data on your behalf we act as your processor; a data processing agreement is available on request.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully, or to store or send unlawful, harmful or infringing content;
- attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service, or get around its security or plan limits;
- resell or provide the Service to a third party except as the white-label features intend;
- upload malware, or use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the Service or other customers at risk.
7. Availability and support
We work hard to keep the Service running but provide it “as is” and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance and will try to limit disruption. We provide support by email on a reasonable-efforts basis; we do not offer a guaranteed service level at this time.
8. Our intellectual property
We own the Bagd platform, software, branding and content (other than your data). These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you; you get a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service while these terms are in force.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost or corrupted data, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period (or £100 if you are on the Free plan). You are responsible for keeping your own records; we recommend exporting your data regularly.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Service (we will give reasonable notice where we can). After termination we delete your workspace data in line with our Privacy Policy; export anything you need first.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will give reasonable notice (for example by email or in the app). Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
